Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at The Greenbank hotel. The room, though not with a sea view as expected, was peaceful and beautiful. The bar provided a great selection of drinks, and the service made our stay truly memorable. The location overlooking the harbor was stunning, but there were some issues with noisy guests and parking. The dining experience was delightful but had some portion size surprises. Overall, a charming and comfortable place to stay.
When I arrived at the hotel, it was very warm, but that actually made my stay even better as the room felt cozy for both waking up and going to bed. The rooms are good, albeit a bit of a distance from reception. The service from the friendly and efficient staff was top-notch from check-in until I checked out. The location offers outstanding views of the Bay Area, making it perfect for exploring the town. The dining experience was enjoyable with fantastic views, although the breakfast options could use a bit of improvement.
The hotel offers a lovely sea view, clean and welcoming rooms, although the bed was a bit too hard for my taste. The service was exceptional and the location was amazing with beautiful harbor views. The dining experience was good quality, although portions were smaller than expected.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room I initially booked seemed modern and spacious, but I ended up in a small outdated room. On the bright side, the views across the Fal River were wonderful. The service was pleasant, but the issue with a hot and noisy room upon departure was a downside. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Falmouth with great views over the water. The dining experience had its frustrations despite the good food quality. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
